Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2007

PROBLEM

Users who have Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2007 suite already installed before they install ContentScreen may loose Internet connection after ContentScreen is installed. PC-cillin may not automatically add rules to allow  ContentScreen access to the Internet.

SOLUTION

Add a rule to the Firewall of the PC-cillin Security suite that will allows ContentScreen connect to the Internet.

PROCEDURE

1. Double click the PC-cillin icon by the Clock in the Taskbar (the little pill in the lower right corner of the screen).
    

2. Click the option on the left labeled Personal Network and Firewall Controls.
    

3. Click the button on the left labeled Settings....
    

4. Select the Home Network option, then click the Activate this profile button.
    

5. Click OK.
