Lost Master Password
If you have ContentScreen and you created a
security question when you created your account, you may use the
ContentScreen Preferences window to recover the password by
answering the security question. Click on the icon
in the taskbar and select Preferences. 2. Click on
Administration, and log in using your Master username and
password.
If you do not have a security question, you may
contact our Technical Support department and verify your credit
card number to get your password. To contact Technical Support,
call 509-340-1861.
Problems
Due to the need for security of
the Master Account password, at this time we do not have a way
for the Master User to change their password without calling
our technical support dept.
