Check or Update Account Information

Problem

* Stolen credit card
* Credit card over limit
* Switching credit card
* Entered wrong number at registration
* Received a call from ContentScreen

Solution

There are two ways you can update credit card information. You can call our offices at (509) 340-1861 or you may use the ContentScreen Control Panel to edit this information.

Procedure

By the ContentScreen Support Center:

1. You may also change or update by clicking on your icon in the taskbar and selecting Preferences.

2. Click on Administration, and log in using your username and password.

3. Click on My Account, Account Information, and enter the correct information.
